Delivery Charges & Free Shipping Offer

Standard Delivery: A flat rate of Rs. 200 PKR applies to all orders across Pakistan.

Free Delivery: Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders above Rs. 3,000 PKR!

Delivery Charges for Exchanges & Returns

Defective / Damaged / Wrong Item Received: If the error is on our end, we will arrange a replacement at zero additional cost to you.

Size Change / Mind Change Exchanges: If you want to exchange an item for a different size or article, a standard replacement delivery fee of Rs. 200 will apply to cover re-shipping costs.

Refund Deductions: If you opt for a monetary refund on eligible returns, standard delivery charges of Rs. 200 will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours following confirmation.

• Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): Delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
• Other Cities & Remote Locations: Delivered within 4 to 6 working days.

Address Verification: Once you place an order, our team verifies your shipping details.

Order Confirmation:

• If your address and details are complete, your order is automatically confirmed and sent for dispatch.

Dispatch: As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation message along with tracking information
